As an alternative, to the “picture day” concept many of you have experienced in the past, the LVUSC board wanted to provide our members with a unique, high quality service that captures the spirit of soccer via action photography along with an opportunity to get individual and team photos at the end of each game/event at the teams discretion.
Based on the club’s negotiations, F8 Images will cover a minimum of one game per team during the season at no charge to the parents or team. LVUSC will provide F8 with a listing of all scheduled games for all teams, once the MNYJSA and MCYSA games schedules are finalized. However,action is required on your part to ensure coverage.
- Ensuring Team Coverage - A coach, manager, or team parent should contact the studio via email
expressing interest in coverage. F8 will do its best to schedule a senior photographer. There is no charge for this option as long as F8 chooses the game based on its already scheduled events. F8 will require a full roster of player’s names and jersey numbers prior to the start of the game. They generally shoot the action of both teams though they try to concentrate on the requested team. Team Coverage – No Charge
- Individual Player Coverage: - F8 generally shoots both teams but they focus on shooting a variety of photos of the athlete who they are being hired to shoot. If the athlete gets moderate playing time they will capture between 30-40 images. This request includes (1) free 8x10. Player Request Fee $20.00
- Guaranteed Game Coverage: F8 offers guaranteed game coverage of a specific game as per a coach, team manager or team parent. This game choice will be the team’s option, but be sure to contact the studio with 10 days prior notice. When this happens we require the roster of all athletes with their jersey numbers. This will help insure as much coverage of each athlete on the team. This options also includes (12) free 5x7 team photos and 20% discount on all custom design sports posters. Guaranteed Full Game Coverage $49.00
- Team Option To Purchase CD of Game: In an attempt to offer a master CD of all images shot of a particular game, F8 has worked out an option with its vendor lab to offer a master CD of all game images. This would allow multiple uses. Copies can be made for your parents so they have the ability to print on there own or use there local photo service. In addition this can also be used to create a slide show at your year-end banquet. Offer includes (12) 5x7 Team photos and 40% discount on all custom design sports posters. They require a full roster of player’s names and jersey numbers. Team CD Request $ 299.00
- Team and Individual Photos/Packages : Are also available to the club members, please contact the studio if you are interested. (Envelope packages can be sent out the team members ahead of time.)
Parents can access F8 website within 12-24 hours after the game to purchase photos, custom design sports posters, etc.
There will be times F8 will be shooting unannounced games throughout the season. They will have their F8 Credentials so your aware of their presence at home games as well as visiting games. Feel free to walk up and introduce yourself and pass them a jersey number, so we can ensure your player’s pictures are added the LVUSC website.
